What if I need to keep my equipment longer?

If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental by clicking here and they can extend the rental for you.

If your plans change and you no longer require pick-up service, you can return the equipment to the rental location in person.

The equipment should be returned to the same location that you rented it from. If you need to return to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. Please call in advance so that we can determine if there is another convenient location that can accept your return.

  • Tools and equipment should be returned by the date and time displayed on the contract to the location where you picked it up. It should be clean and in the same condition as you picked it up. Make sure to return any accessories including batteries, cables or attachments.
  • Upon arrival, come directly to the Sapercat counter and a tools and equipment rental specialist will assist you with the return process.
